How long does delivery take?
Australia: 7–12 business days. New Zealand, US, Canada, UK: 10–15 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also look it up on our Find your order page with your order number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll replace or refund at no cost. Change of mind: accepted within 30 days, return shipping at customer's cost.
Wrong size?
Check the size guide before you order. If it doesn't fit, send it back unused within 30 days (return shipping at your cost) and order the right size.

How do I find the right size?
Measure your pet's neck (for collars) or chest (for harnesses) with a soft tape, then compare with our size guide. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is your gear made from?
Collars, leashes and harnesses use recycled polyester webbing, 3M reflective thread and zinc-alloy hardware. Material details are listed on each product page.
Are your collars safe for cats?
Use our Kitty Breakaway Collar. Its safety buckle releases if it gets caught.
Do you make gear for birds?
Yes. Our bird harness and flight suit come in three sizes, from budgies to medium parrots.
How do I clean my gear?
Hand wash with warm soapy water and let it air dry.
