  1. Grab a soft tape

    Or use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

  2. Measure neck & chest

    Neck: where the collar sits. Chest: the widest part, behind the front legs.

  3. Add two fingers

    You should fit two fingers under the collar or harness comfortably.
